EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Assistant Manager (General Stream): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager (Law): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University with aggregate minimum of 60% marks Or Master's Degree in Law with aggregate minimum of 50%.
- Assistant General Manager (Law): Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years integrated law course from a recognised university in India. And the candidate should have 15 years of experience.
- Assistant General Manager (Economy & Strategy): Post Graduate degree in Economics with minimum 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized institute/university. Weight age may be given to candidates with M.Phil./ PhD/other degree and equivalent qualifications. And the candidate should have 15 years of experience.
- Deputy General Manager (Treasury): Graduate/Post graduate with a degree in finance/any other discipline. And the candidate should have 15 years of experience.
- Chief Finance Officer: Should have strong academic credentials and be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Additional advanced qualifications like CPA, CFA or FSA will be an added advantage. And the candidate should have 18 years of experience.

Rs.500/- for General, OBC, Ex-Servicemen, J & Domicile and 1984 riot candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ ST candidates.
