Osmania University, Hyderabad (http://www.osmania.ac.in) invites online application from the eligible candidates to appear for the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) -2013 to be conducted on Sept 22, 2013. Osmania University to conduct Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (AP. SET) for candidates besides possessing minimum academic qualifications are required to qualify in a comprehensive test specifically conducted for the purpose of obtaining eligibility for appointment as Lecturers/Assistant Professors.

The State Eligibility Test (SET) is based on the pattern of the National Eligibility Test (CSIR/UGCNET) conducted by UGC/CSIR. AP State Eligibility Test 2013 Recruitment for Assistant Professors and Lecturers in Andhra Pradesh. Recruited candidates can eligible to teach on Universities, Degree Colleges and Higher Educational Institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants must have completed master Degree or pursuing final year post graduate degree in related subjects from UGC recognized universities with minimum 55% marks for General & BC candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PH/VH candidates.

Age:
No upper limit.

Registration Fee:

• 700 for OC
• 500 for BC
• 250 for SC/ST/PH/VH
