BRAOU Admissions Notification for M.Ed., B.Ed., B.Ed.(SE) Admission 2013

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (Braou) will invite applications online for admissions to its M.Ed. (Recognized by NCTE), B.Ed.,(Recognized by NCTE) and B.Ed. (Special Education) (Recognized by RCI) programmes from May 6 on wards.  Candidates should approach the nearest AP Online center with the required documents.

Eligibility For Admission:

• The candidates must and should be an Indian.
• Candidate should be completed B.Ed and Bachelor of Elementary Education and presently working teachers also eligible for M.Ed Admission.
• Applicant should have passed a Bachelor Degree B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc.(Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M. or should have appeared for the final year examination in any of these courses at the time of applying for the B.Ed. Entrance Test. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates.
• The candidate should have passed a Bachelor Degree i.e., B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M/5 year B.L. are eligible for admission. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates.

How to Apply:

• Candidates should be registered through AP Online Centres only.
• While approach the Online Centre , bring copy of documents i.e .SSC/Graduation Certificate/B Ed certificate/Community certificate/PH certificate, If any, to fill the Registration form ONLINE.
• Fill all the columns carefully and pay the registration fee.
• Please take the print out of your registration form.
• Collect hall ticket one day before the date of examination from the respective examination Centre (RCC) also download from the University website www.braou.ac.in

Application Fee:

• M.Ed:- Rs.535/-
• B.Ed:- Rs.435/-
• B.Ed(SE):- Rs.435/-

Important Dates:

• Starting date for registration : 06-05-2013.
• Last date for registration : 03-06-2013.
• Date of entrance test: 16-06-2013. (10.30 am to 12.30 pm).
